All items are sold as is where is without Warranty or guarantee of any kind. If you should have questions, you must ask before you bid. Please ask questions by calling the BIG DOG AUCTIONS at 937-416-6335 at least 2 hours before the live auction begins. This auction may enter a starting bid and / or reserve bid for any item as it comes up for sale in the auction. If there are no bids on item at the starting bid and / or reserve bid the item will be passed. BIG DOG AUCTIONS and auctioneer is not responsible for the condition of the items sold. Coins are not graded by auctioneer. Please use your own judgment to condition and grade of any item. Again, please ask questions before you bid. We cannot accept returns.
Contract
By placing a bid you are entering a legal and binding contract. Non paying bidders will be added to the NO BID LIST and turned over to collections.
Buyer’s Premium
All purchases are subject to a 23% buyer’s premium that will be added to your invoice.
Payment Information
PAYMENTS ARE MADE BY CREDIT CARD OR ACH OR PAYPAL.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID BY 8 AM ON THE MONDAY FOLLOWING THE AUCTION.
ANY ITEMS NOT PAID FOR BY THE 2ND DAY FOLLOWING THE AUCTION MAY BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT ON FILE.

ONLY ONE SHIPPING CHARGE OF $9.00 NO MATTER HOW MANY ITEMS YOU WIN. WE SHIP UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE. PRIORITY MAIL.
WE SHIP ALL PACKAGES OUT THE SAME DAY PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
